Welcome to Araceli Cole Consulting, a consultancy specializing in human resources strategies and operations, leadership, culture, and workplace investigations. With extensive experience in employment law, human resources strategies, leadership coaching, and people development, my focus is to deliver custom solutions to corporations and non-profit organizations across a range of areas including leadership capabilities, team effectiveness, and fostering empowering workplace cultures.  

Prior to founding Araceli Cole Consulting, I served in corporate senior roles in both legal and human resources. In the role of Associate General Counsel, I advised senior leaders on various employment law and compliance matters including discrimination claims, unlawful harassment, workplace compliance, and re-organizations and layoffs. I conducted numerous workplace investigations on employee complaints and grievances, employee misconduct, and whistleblower claims. In my subsequent role as SVP, Human Resources, I partnered with business leaders to align HR strategies to corporate business goals. This work largely focused on culture and engagement, change management, learning and development, executive development and coaching, optimizing people performance, and business restructuring. 

Prior to my corporate roles, I was engaged in private practice, representing employers across various industries in litigation matters involving state and federal employment laws.
